ONLINE PURCHASE
If you purchased your product from our website, you may return new, unopened products for a refund within 21 days of purchase. Depending on the original payment method, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. A return and restocking fee of $6.95 will be deducted when the return is processed.
Opened products cannot be returned. If opened products are returned to our facility, no refund will be processed.
RETAIL STORE PURCHASE
If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, please return it to the place of purchase. We cannot accept any products bought at retail stores.

FACTORY WARRANTY

If your product is covered by warranty, please fill out the warranty registration here. Products covered by a limited factory warranty include Ear View MD and Wax Blaster MD PRO.


CANCELATION POLICY

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently, and we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
